Blue Dot hard to reach?

Some of our users have reported that they are having trouble getting to Blue Dot today. We believe that this is/was because of a problem with the Internet DNS (name) servers. We have taken steps to resolve the problem, but due to the nature of DNS, our fix may take some time to propagate to all user's computers.
